Senior FP&A Business Partner

Our FP&A team provides value-added services to the company management through financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and control. We constantly strive to improve our services via improved processes, systems, and value-added tools to reach real-time insight into the business and transparency of data and reports.You will have an opportunity to participate in the corporate FP&A, including reporting to our shareholders through periodic reporting to be discussed by our board of directors. You will also have an opportunity to impact how we build our financial systems and processes infrastructure, so be ready for future growth.What you'll do:Lead the resource budgeting processOwn the reporting and budget control reportsActively control and approve decisions impacting the company expensesA focal point for cross-company departmentsBusiness partnership with the company's senior leadership teamManaging, monitoring, and analyzing budget and other financial measurements of various business unitsMaintain an ongoing accurate expense forecast, and raise flags at risk of not meeting the budgetDetailed budget control via an intimate understanding of the expensesInterface with HR in labor cost planning and controlConduct various analyses to support the decision-making process of senior managementDesign, automate, and optimize flexible FP&A processes and systems to meet the needs of a fast-growing companyRequirements:You'll do it using:5+ years of experience as FP&A at a rapidly scaling organizationUnderstanding of SaaS and relevant industry metricsBachelor’s degree in Economics /Accounting/ Finance / Industrial engineeringExperience with working with ERP systems - NetSuite experience is an advantageExperience with working with P2P Systems; BI toolsFluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skillsDeep understanding of business processes and dataHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.You'll excel by:Very strong analytical capabilitiesCreative thinker, Fluent English, excellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized and meticulous personA service-oriented team playerDeep understanding of business processes and dataAbility to prioritize and work under short delivery timelinesA pleasant yet assertive business partner to the company management and budget ownersAble to rule judgment in budget control decision-makingFast learner, autodidactPosition Intro:Earnix is a leading provider of advanced pricing and rating solutions tailored for the insurance industry.
