Courier recruitment marketing & Communication manager

About the Role:
We’re seeking a hands-on, creative, and highly organized Courier recruitment marketing & Communication manager to lead and own the full courier lifecycle. from initial recruitment to ongoing communication and engagement. This role combines marketing, operations, and strategic planning, with a key focus on ensuring we attract the right couriers and keep them informed, supported, and connected.

Key Responsibilities:

Courier Acquisition:

Own the end-to-end strategy for recruiting couriers in Israel – from planning and
budgeting to execution and performance tracking.
Drive courier engagement to boost satisfaction and enhance overall service quality
Coordinate with the global recruitment marketing team by providing campaign
briefs, manage translations, ensure alignment with brand tone and legal/compliance requirements and oversee execution across digital and social channels
Lead on-ground activation efforts, including events, guerrilla marketing, flyer
distribution, job fairs, and other creative initiatives.
Support candidates throughout the funnel until onboarding, working with local
operations to reduce drop-offs and optimize conversion.

Courier Communication:
Serve as the local point of contact for all courier-facing communication initiatives.
Localize and manage templates, notifications, and updates provided by the
central/global teams.
Ensure consistent and effective communication via the right channels (email,
SMS, in-app, etc.).
Partner with cross-functional teams (legal, logistics, operations, support) to ensure accurate and timely messaging.
Proactively identify communication gaps or engagement opportunities within the courier community.

Qualifications:
3–4 years of experience in brand marketing, field marketing, or activation
campaigns.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives
simultaneously.
Experience working across departments and with global stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
High level of initiative, creativity, and ownership.
