Head of R&D Projects (560)
Hevel Modi'in Industrial Park, Israel

We are looking for a senior leader to head our Automated and Mechanical Parking Systems domain, based in Israel, with a strong interface to the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multidisciplinary product development, mechanical, control, and software
Manage Product Management and drive product roadmap
Support U.S. sales teams and work directly with customers
Provide technical solutions for projects and bridge market needs with R&D
Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and sales

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Engineering degree, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar
Proven experience leading complex product development
Strong system-level understanding
Experience working with U.S. customers, an advantage
Leadership, business orientation, and strong communication skills

Location

Israel, with ongoing interaction with U.S.-based teams and clients
