What You’ll Do:

Get to know Clinch's product and technology by exploring our data, tools, and workflows.
"Play" with our platform to gain hands-on familiarity and better understand how it works from a user and technical perspective.
Collaborate with team members to write test plans and test cases that ensure product quality and stability.
Learn how to write automation scripts to support continuous testing and streamline development processes.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to understand requirements and contribute to building and improving product features.
Gradually take part in development tasks, guided by experienced mentors who will help you grow your skills in a real-world production environment.

Requirements:

BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent training).

Strong desire to learn and grow as a software developer.

Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).

Familiarity with software fundamentals like algorithms, data structures, and version control (e.g., Git).

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Experience in data from academic projects and/courses - is an advantage
