תיאור

Manage payments, invoices, and collections, ensuring seamless financial transactions contributing to our organization's success.

In this role, you will:
• record and process payments and invoices, ensuring accuracy.
• Issue monthly invoices to customers
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, resolve discrepancies, and address outstanding balances.
• Monitor and manage outstanding accounts, proactively following up on overdue payments and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

דרישות

Essential skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting software including RIVHIT - a MUST
• Proven experience as an individual / team account manager
• Knowledge of multi-currency accounting
• Excellent knowledge working on MS Excel sheets
