Senior System Engineer

A highly skilled and experienced Multidisciplinary System Engineer to join our defense division. Key Responsibilities Requirement Management: Define, characterize, and write system-level requirements, specifications, and Academic Background & Experience (Mandatory) B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – Must. 5+ years of proven experience as a System Engineer or System Integration Engineer for complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Hands-on experience with multidisciplinary systems that integrate at least the following domains: Mechanics, Hardware (HW), Software (SW), and Firmware (FW) – Must. English at a very high level (written and verbal) – Must. Advantages & Preferences Defense Industry Experience: Proven track record in developing products for the defense market – Significant Advantage. Standards: In-depth knowledge and familiarity with Military Standards (MIL-STD) – Significant Advantage.

Documentation: Extensive experience in writing technical documents, including System Specifications, Verification & Validation (V&V) plans, and ATP/ATR procedures – Significant Advantage. Security Clearance: Active/valid security clearance – Advantage. Experience in managing and collaborating with subcontractors and external vendors.
