Together, we’re solving interesting and complex puzzles to keep the world’s data safe.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced end-to-end Business Intelligence developer, for the design and development of Enterprise BI solutions, including Data Processing, Data modeling and Reporting, mostly with Microsoft tools.In this role, you have the opportunity toCollaborate with leaders and stakeholders across Varonis in order to develop and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions to enable business insights and decisions. You will be the subject matter expert in creating interactive visualizations and automated reporting to support shared business goals. You will be a part of a high-functioning and collaborative Business Intelligence & Analytics team.You are responsible forManage the data and QA engineers in order to deliver effective Business Intelligence Analytics & ReportingTranslate business requirements into technical specificationsTake ownership of the data warehouse and data integrity loaded into itMonitor the development and maintenance of the ETL processesDesign data warehouse, including staging, fact, dimensions, and data models and reports in the semantic layerManage the quality of code within the BI teamConduct performance reviews with the data and QA engineersSet team objectives and monitor progress towards achieving themCoach and mentor the data and QA engineersManage own professional and self-developmentProvide technical assistance as necessary to end-users as well as development staffJob Requirements4+ years of management experience - mandatory5+ years of development experience with BI tools – mandatory, with Microsoft tools - advantageKnowledge of relational databases, ETL, data warehouses, and analytics - mandatoryKnowledge of business intelligence tools, concepts and architecture - mandatoryKnowledge of BI Stack, including MSSQL, SSIS, PowerBI - strong advantageSQL- mandatoryDAX – strong advantageExperience with source control systems (TFS, Git, or other) – mandatoryPython - advantageSelf-motivated and self-directedAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyGoal-oriented, organized team playerExcellent interpersonal relationship skillsEnglish verbal and written communication skills
