Backend Developer Team Lead

Responsibilities
Lead a team of at least 4 Engineers
Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from design to production
Work closely with the team’s product manager
Collaborate with other teams
Lead and manage a team of software developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Ensure best practices in development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Mentor and guide team members to help them reach their professional goals.
Manage project timelines, resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Work independently and keep stakeholders updated on project status and address any concerns.

Desired Skills & Experience
At least 3 years as Team Leader of R&D
At least 6 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer (C# preferred)
Working with a multi-threaded environment and on large-scale systems
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
Deep interest and foundational knowledge in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
Proficiency with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (advantageous).
Knowledge of Python (advantageous).
