Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Team Leader to establish and lead a new team focused on developing tools and automation solutions for AI datacenters.

This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and strategic collaboration across multiple layers of the AI datacenter stack, including switches, hosts, smart NICs, GPUs, and orchestration middleware.

Key Responsibilities

BSc degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers developing automation tools and customer-facing solutions for AI datacenters.
Define the team’s roadmap, priorities, and development methodologies to align with company and customer objectives.
Design and implement scalable, reliable software tools using Python and modern full-stack technologies.
Collaborate closely with networking, compute, and AI acceleration teams to integrate automation across switches, NICs, GPUs, and software frameworks.
Work with product, QA, and DevOps teams to identify customer needs and translate them into practical, high-impact, high-value tools.
Drive software quality through strong engineering practices, including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD automation.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a team leadership or technical lead role.
Strong proficiency in Python for automation, orchestration, and backend development.
Proven experience designing and implementing automation or infrastructure management tools at scale.
Practical experience with full-stack development (React, Angular, Node.js, or similar).
Experience with CI/CD, containers, and orchestration technologies (Docker).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI and GPU computing stacks such as CCLs, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
Background in datacenter automation, telemetry, or performance monitoring systems.
Knowledge of microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and distributed architectures.
Familiarity with network operating systems, smart NICs, or high-performance interconnects.
Experience with test automation frameworks (pytest, etc.).
