Financial Controller

Biodata is looking for an experienced and talented Corporate Controller to join our

Finance Department and become an essential part of our growing global company. If

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the finance teams across all subsidiaries, ensuring consistent

financial practices and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

* Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and reporting of weekly, monthly,

quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with generally

accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

* Develop and enforce financial policies and systems across the parent

company and subsidiaries to ensure integrity and compliance with GAAP and

regulatory requirements.

* Facilitate collaboration between subsidiary finance team and the corporate

office, fostering a cohesive financial reporting framework.

* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting

requirements and tax filings, coordinating with subsidiaries to streamline

processes.

* Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit, ensuring efficient and

comprehensive audit processes across the organization.

* Implement and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard

assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

* Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company’s KPIs.

* Ad-hoc projects as well as automation projects and process improvements.

Requirements

* A degree in Accounting and CPA certification required.

* Internship in one of the Big 4 accounting firms.

* At least 2 years as Controller/Assistant Controller.

* Demonstrated high level of responsibility and excellent management skills.

* Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and meet demanding deadlines.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people on all levels of

an organization.

* Self-starter and independent, with multi-tasking and great time management skills.

* Versatile and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working

environment.

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent computer skills with experience in NetSuite (advantage).

* High level of English.
