*Job Title: Professional – Employee File Retrieval & Review Specialist*
*Location (Onsite Only): Hadera, Israel*
*Duration: 4 weeks (short-term contract)*
*Rate: USD 8 per hour*

*Job Overview*
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support a global HR compliance project. The role involves locating, organizing, and reviewing historical employee files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in environments where employee records may be archived or difficult to access.
Support may include both *physical onsite files and digital employee records*.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Locate and retrieve employee files from physical archives and digital systems
* Review documents for accuracy and completeness based on project guidelines
* Organize, sort, and catalog historical employee records
* Maintain tracking logs and document progress
* Identify missing or misfiled records and escalate issues when required
* Coordinate with regional HR teams and internal stakeholders
* Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards

* Records Specialist / Records Clerk
* Document Control / Document Review

Job Type: Contract

Pay: 20.00₪ - 23.00₪ per hour
