abra AI & Data Division is looking for a talented Project & Operations Manager to join our growing team in a dynamic and fast-evolving field.

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with strong project management skills and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid — Maternity Leave Replacement

Location: Central Israel

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the operational availability and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure, including coordination with external contractors
Investigate and troubleshoot system issues through log analysis and collaboration with internal and external teams
Develop and implement cross-organizational workflows to ensure high service availability
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making (BI experience not required, but analytical skills are essential)
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in technical support (Tier 2 or higher), including log reading and structured troubleshooting
Advanced Excel skills
High-level English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills, including trend identification and comparative analysis
Proficiency in PowerPoint and report creation
