Job Description

Responsible for implementing and maintaining Engineering Change Orders. These changes will include product improvements, repairs, and new product development.

Responsible for the interface between engineering, manufacturing, and service to ensure appropriate changes are documented.

Provide technical and process assistance to Engineers.

Ensure the accuracy of engineering change order (ECO) submissions to minimize processing time between submission and implementation

Responsible for tracking ECOs from inception to closure and consult with Engineering or other resources for addressing release issues.

Ability to provide training and process reviews with large number of Engineers, and Mfg Personnel

Minimum Qualifications

* BSc in Mechanical Engineering/ Electronics/Mechatronics/ Industrial Engineering and Management/ Information Systems- at least 3 years of experience in the field or a Practical Engineer (Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics) with at least 5 years of experience.

* Knowledge of Enovia and SAP, as well as advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, e-mail).

*PLM (Enovia) and ERP (SAP) experience.

*In-depth knowledge of configuration management, ECO process/processing and Engineering Services.

* Strong understanding of Bill of materials, Engineering documentation and ISO business requirements.

*PLM (Agile, Enovia, MatrixOne) ERP (SAP preferred) experience.

*Ability to drive actions to completion on a timely basis.
