Position Summary: The Field Service Engineer will be part of a team responsible for the field installations, training, and repair of our advanced defense systems for special forces in the country and overseas.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Filed installations, integrations, and training special forces over our advanced defense systems.
Assembly, testing, and repair of our multidisciplinary systems.
Providing maintenance and supporting the special forces in the country and worldwide.
Support maintenance and continuous improvement efforts and procedures.
Participate in and sustain 5S Standards.
Must follow all required Safety and ISO procedures.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Education/Experience & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business, or equivalent working experience required; An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered from the industry or IDF.
5 + years of experience in integrations of multidisciplinary systems combining mechanics, electronics, software, and communications.
Passionate about working in the field both in the country and overseas.
Fast learner (autodidact) of cutting-edge technologies.
High technical skills and ability to identify malfunctions in multidisciplinary systems and fix them.
Ability to work independently, in a team, and representative with customers.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be
High-level English skills, reading, writing and speaking.
Experience with advanced defense systems is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks.
Ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. Security Mandates.
