Centrical grew out of the business intelligence (BI) software segment. BI let managers know how employees were doing, but it typically did not convey how to turn manager-led performance insights into employee performance actions.

We are looking for a Front-end Architect

Lead the client-side development team, providing technical direction, mentorship, and guidance.
Design and develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable Angular applications.
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural decisions, development processes, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Angular development.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Client-Side Architect, with a strong focus on Angular.
Expertise in Angular and related technologies (TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, etc.).
Proven track record of designing and delivering high-performance, scalable, and maintainable Angular applications.
Strong understanding of front-end development principles, best practices, and design patterns.
Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data applications.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Knowledge of build tools and development workflows (Webpack, Angular CLI, npm, etc.).
Experience with design system, Storybook, and Nx.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
