We’re looking for a Product Manager based in Tel Aviv to join our growing team and take ownership of a core product area. You’ll play a key role in shaping experiences that simplify complexity, improve lives, and drive real impact working across the organization to bring them to life.

What you’ll do
Own your product area end-to-end, from vision and roadmap to execution and delivery, ensuring it delivers measurable value for employers and employees.
Drive clarity in complexity - translate intricate healthcare and benefits data, workflows, and user needs into structured, intuitive, high-impact product experiences.
Prioritize and make decisions independently, even in ambiguous or fast-paced situations, while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
Collaborate across functions (design, engineering, data, sales, CX, marketing) to ensure smooth execution, while proactively raising challenges, risks, and dependencies.
Communicate clearly and consistently, ensuring stakeholders, leadership, and the team have visibility into progress, priorities, and blockers.
Define success metrics and track progress rigorously, leveraging data and user insights to drive decisions and continuous improvements.
Stay ahead of the market, actively building domain knowledge in healthtech, insurance, and employee benefits to inform product direction.
Take ownership of execution details, such as test plans, validation processes, and launch readiness, ensuring quality and alignment across teams.

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B, B2B2C SaaS, or platform products. Experience in healthtech, insurtech, or HR tech is a strong plus.
Proven ability to manage complex, data-heavy products, breaking down ambiguity into actionable plans and leading them to successful delivery.
Clear communicator and team aligner - able to set expectations, share updates transparently, and ensure meetings and discussions drive to outcomes.
Independent and resourceful self-starter, who takes initiative, drives ownership, and doesn’t wait for direction, but also knows when to ask for help.
Resilient and adaptable, able to remain focused and effective in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and evolving priorities.
Open to feedback and collaborative, with the ability to listen, integrate input, and build trust across cross-functional teams.
User-centric and detail-oriented, passionate about simplifying complexity and creating experiences that make healthcare and benefits easy to understand and use.
Analytical and data-driven, comfortable defining success metrics, analyzing outcomes, and using insights to guide prioritization.
Structured and organized, with strong project management skills to ensure execution details are tracked, documented, and delivered.

Benefits

Salary Range 25,000-28,000
