We are looking for a talented and experienced Agile Delivery Manager to inspire teams, manage projects, and deliver impactful solutions that meet user needs and drive business value. Your role:

Break down concepts into actionable milestones, ensuring clarity and alignment with the project roadmap.
Facilitate short, iterative development cycles, enabling teams to deliver functional features frequently and gather valuable user feedback.
Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and communication throughout the delivery process.
Embrace change, adjust priorities, and navigate roadblocks to ensure adaptability to evolving requirements or technical complexities.
Take ownership of assigned projects or product features, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are met.
Act as the main point of communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Your skills:

You have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and standards to drive effective project and product delivery.
You are skilled in planning, scheduling, and risk management, with the ability to keep projects on track.
You bring a solid understanding of the development process and various SDLC/PDLC stages; experience with JIRA and ADO is a plus.
You have excellent communication skills and can effectively align teams, stakeholders, and clients.

You have a major advantage if:

You have experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments requiring agile adaptability.
You are familiar with tools and platforms that support iterative development cycles and collaborative team environments.
