Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our R&D team at Rise. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a high-impact product that plays a key role in our success, while also contributing to other major initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready code. We’re looking for someone hands-on, independent, and excited to solve complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in full-stack development
Hands-on experience with Node.js – a must
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript, with experience in at least one major UI framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
Experience building real-time, logic-intensive user interfaces
Strong architectural skills and system-level thinking
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, Aerospike)
Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments
Proven ability to build complex, scalable systems from scratch

Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable backend services in Node.js and real-time, logic-heavy frontend features using JavaScript/TypeScript
Lead features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful, user-centric features
Ensure a consistent, high-quality UI with smooth integration between frontend and backend
Build and integrate RESTful APIs for both internal and external use
Contribute to core infrastructure and influence the system's technical direction
Uphold high standards in code quality, testing, and documentation, while mentoring others
