Role summary

As an Instructional Designer, you will develop training solutions for our global Customer Journey team, starting with onboarding, throughout their competencies and growth path in the department. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your skills to create state-of-the-art training courses on multiple systems and tools, and coordinate their consumption with our global team.

What you'll do

Analyze the target audience's needs
Work with subject matter experts to learn and understand complex systems or processes
Apply proven instructional design theories, methods, and practices
Create engaging learning activities that enhance learners' knowledge retention
including e-learning, videos, simulations, F2F learning sessions, and more
Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners in reference to their role, tasks, and job experience
Design exercises and activities that evaluate the learning process
Operate, manage, and leverage an organizational LMS to full engagement
Analyze learning results and ensure that it's achieving the outlined goals
Maintain project documentation and course materials
Lead and manage learning projects with multiple stakeholders, including managing project aspects such as communication, schedule, risks, deliverables, etc.

Who you are

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer
BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology, or similar
Good understanding of learning theories and instructional design models
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to storyboard
Proficient in developing lesson layouts, e-learning, and learning videos
Experience and proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
Excellent English skills (read, write, speak)
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to change quickly
Experience in soft skills training and development (an advantage)
Experience with Learning Management Systems (an advantage)
