Systems Analyst & Implementer

Join our Business Applications team and take ownership of key R&D platforms, including Jira, Bitbucket, GitLab, and Monday.com. Responsibilities Manage, configure, and support R&D and project management systems. Work with R&D, Engineering, PMO, and business teams to gather requirements and improve processes. Lead system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives. Provide user support, training, and vendor coordination. Support additional applications such as HiBob, Hilan, and Combtas. Requirements: Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Information System Implementer or Application Analyst. Hands-on admin experience with Jira, GitLab, Bitbucket, Monday.com, or similar tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions. Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
