NPI & Configuration Engineering Manager

NewPhotonics is disrupting data center processing with novel photonic engines solving the power and performance challenges.

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on NPI & Configuration Engineering Manager to join our OPS team.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated HANDS-ON Eng, capable of implementing Change control, Component review/Section, and BOM management.

Key Responsibilities:

Creation & Management of all product BOMs & Documentation.
Product Transfer to Production (SOW, Build instruction, QC requirement, Deviations.)
Component review, selection & documentation.
Change management enforcement.
Creation of ECO, MCO, ECR
Mechanical component DFM review.
Change communication and implantation at OSAT/CM
Agile Admin & Change analyst.
Component supplier selection, & Quality Review.
Internal Audit. (Checklist)
Components life cycle ownership (EOL notification and project management)

Requirements:

B.Sc. degree in Mechanical/Industrial Eng.
5+ years in Eng Management in HW/IC environment.
Highly motivated, organized and independent.
Deep understanding of Oracle AGILE. (OrCAD sync, Definitions, Flows, Admin)
Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Advantage:

SiPh, Optics background.
Knowledge of GR468
Priority ERP
