Reports to: Procurement Manager

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin

What will you do?

Responsible for Supplier’s operational management (Forecast & POs, , ECOs, , MRP actions, transitions, Repairs, service support, OTD, etc)
Coordinates/drives purchasing activities with planning and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels.
Leads supplier’s quality activities in collaboration with manufacturing and engineering departments
Expedites and ensures timely receipt of materials.
Leads problem resolution for material related accounting and receiving issues
Provides input to regarding suppliers and material status, action plans and address long term issues.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities.

Requirements:

What should you have?

Bachelor's Degree or higher education in relevant field- a must
2-5 Years of Experience in Purchasing- a must
High level English (writing, speaking and reading)
Service- oriented, experienced with suppliers and internal customers
Program management experience
Commercial orientation
Independent, team player with high negotiation skills
High presentation skills
Excellent problem solving ability
Great interpersonal skills
