What You'll Do

As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business operations, managing system integrations, and improving cross-functional processes across Reeco. This is a high-impact role that requires a combination of technical expertise, operational efficiency, and strategic thinking.

Your responsibilities include:

Optimizing operational processes and driving efficiency across business functions.
Managing system integrations to ensure smooth workflows between Product, Business, and R&D teams.
Developing data-driven strategies to improve operational performance and support business objectives.
Collaborating with senior leadership to refine internal processes and implement automation.
Identifying and implementing new technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
Traveling internationally as needed to support operational expansion and strategy execution.

Requirements:

Who You Are

Experience:

Proven experience in Business Operations, Process Optimization, or SaaS Operations.
Strong background in Data Models, Integrations, and Automation Tools.
A technical mindset with a business-oriented approach, able to bridge technology and operations seamlessly.
Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in process optimization, workflow automation, and system integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
