Requirements:

Must have 1-3 years of private banking experience
Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
Familiarity with credit issues
Analytical and capable of analyzing, drawing conclusions and presenting data
Able to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.
Prior experience in an English language business environment
Previous banking experience in customer service center or directly with clients

Responsibilities:

Drive bank products and recruit new clients
Provide service and process client requests
Provide clients with a professional and articulate response
Perform routine audits, manage client status reports and report anomalies and changes
Prepare credit applications
Provide professional expertise in all areas of the banking industry
