Job Description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team in Ra`anana.

Responsibilities:

Recording daily company financial transactions in the company books such as invoices from suppliers in Israel and abroad while associating them with approved orders in the financial system.
Preparing travel reports and employees expense reports including travel reports in " Kol Natun" system for tax purposes.
Managing all requirements for credit card expenses after checking and adjusting to orders
Prepare payments to suppliers, both domestic and international, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support the finance department with monthly closing and additional financial and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a certified bookkeeper (Type 3)
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the team.
A Problem solver with a proactive approach to financial challenges
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively.
Experience in Hi-tech companies – Advantage.
Knowledge with salary laws and payroll process - Advantage
