We are hiring a VP R&D to lead by example, inspiring teams to excel, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across departments, and building a high-performing, cohesive team. This role will assume end to end responsibilities for development & innovation activities and their execution, continuous improvement of the development methodologies, R&D structure, staffing strategy, managing budgets, tracking & improving R&D KPIs and more.

Responsibilities:

Management of a global R&D team of approximately 220 members across the US, Israel, India, and Eastern Europe.
Lead the global strategy and execution of development and innovation activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement in development methodologies, R&D organizational structure, product quality, scalability, and security.
Hiring and staffing strategies that address succession planning, knowledge sharing, and long-term talent sustainability.
Build strong partnerships and collaborate closely with respective Line of Business (LoB) managers to ensure effective product development and delivery.

Experience managing a global Enterprise Software R&D organization with 200+ employees across multiple geographic locations.
Proven expertise in leading the development of distributed platforms, including both cloud-based and on-premise solutions.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with development tools, methodologies, and processes.
Track record of delivering high-quality products while driving improvements in development velocity and organizational agility.
Ability to lead an R&D organization into new strategic directions and adapt to evolving business needs.
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong customer orientation, with a focus on delivering value and fostering client satisfaction.
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Flexible, team-oriented personality with a high degree of emotional intelligence and a balanced ego.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier academic institution.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
