Senior Technical Program Manager - Remote

As a program manager, you partner with Product Management and Engineering.
Conducting the programs that deliver ongoing innovation for our customers.
Oversight of the whole product lifecycle and the delivery of critical strategic programs.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines
Managing Stakeholder Communication to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project execution.
Working with Senior Product Line and Engineering Leadership. Evaluate and identify business problems. Understand priorities, drive accountability, and propose innovative and logical programs and solutions
Developing and implementing change management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project execution
Defining and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and requirements
Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, requirements, specifications, and reports

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

Have +6 years of project management experience
Have proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a software development or IT environment.
Have project management skills and ability to create and manage project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Have experience in working and managing within a matrixed organization (cultures, senior leadership, and time zones
Be familiar with agile methodologies and experience in leading agile projects
Have deep analytical and problem-solving abilities.
