As an HRIS & HR analytics Lead at Lightricks, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global policies and processes related to HRIS and that are aligned with the Lightricks philosophy. You will also be responsible for design and management of our HR systems, HR data and analysis.You will be part of our HR operations team, working closely with our HR partners, IT, BI, finance teams and others.

What you will be doing
HR systems landscape - design and implementation
Hands-on HRIS - day to day tracking, data updates and governance
Take a leading part in HR processes
Lead HR analysis efforts and design data structure
Serve as main focal point for the organization on HR system aspects
Your skills and experience:
Must have solid organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information
4+ years of HRIS and HR analysis experience
Experience with HiBob - preferred
Experience working in a global environment - preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field (advanced degree preferred)
