Engineering, in your role as Team Leader, FDM Consumables Engineering, you will be responsible for Filament production linesThe position is located in Stratasys' Kiryat Gat site, IL.What you will be doing:Manage a team of process& mechanical engineeringManage mfg. maintenance teamBuild, monitor and execute engineering work plans based on clear KPIsProvide engineering support at Filament production for multi-plastic materialsDefine machine integration process, improvements and maintenanceControl products' ECO processes and implementation in global environmentImplement new auto-machine and jigs to improve production utilization and yield.Monitor, interact, report and provide support to the production lineAnalyze quality issues and COPQ manage remedial activities to enable production line continuityLead and implement 2nd source & cost saving activities from engineering aspectsBe responsible for timelines and deliverables to meet operation goalsCoordinate and participate with local CPE and NPI teams on design for production activities with US teamSupport the Production line on an ongoing basis including escalations managementResponsible for editing Production file, Production documentation, BOMs, jigs, and tools designImplement transition for ISO 13485 standardsMust have for this role:BSc degree in Mechanics engineering - mandatoryMinimum 2 years of proven experience in a manufacturing/production environment and Cost reduction 2nd source activityMinimum of 2 years of proven engineering management experience- an advantageStrong written and verbal English language communication skills.Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships on a multi-level basisAbility to present technical information and effectively communicate across all levels of the organizationExperience in manufacturing technology activities – plastic molding, extrusion, casting etc. - an advantage.Clear thinker: Simplifying strategy into specific actions with clear accountability, making decisions with speed & accuracy based on the best available information, and communicating priorities clearly & concisely.Experience with leading production line processes and problem-solvingExperience with Solid WorksExperience with PDM / PLM tools – Agile an advantageWhat you will be part of:Company Overview - https://www.stratasys.com/en/about-us/history/Our Culture and Values - https://www.stratasys.com/en/about-us/culture/Our Sustainability “3D Printing a Better Tomorrow” - https://www.stratasys.com/en/about-us/sustainability/Our Locations - https://www.stratasys.com/en/contact-us/office-locations/Check out our Video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wmDfmt2bNI
