We are looking for a Export Control Specialist to join our team.

As a Cognyter you will:

Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Legal, Sales, R&D, Product, Marketing, and Operations, and serving as a key point of contact between Cognyte and relevant regulatory authorities, including the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
Supporting and advancing the company’s global export control and trade compliance activities.
Contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal compliance processes, workflows and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements, best practices and business needs.
Taking part in multidisciplinary projects, professional discussions, and cross-company initiatives within a dynamic, fast-evolving business and regulatory environment

For that mission you’ll need:

Highly proactive and adaptable, with a proven ability to take initiative, quickly learn, and independently manage end-to-end processes while collaborating effectively within a team.
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy, responsibility, and organizational skills, combined with strong business and commercial awareness.
Strong ownership mindset and motivation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Law student with availability to work full time - an advantage
Experience in a similar role within a technology company
Technological orientation and curiosity; prior exposure to technology-driven environments is an advantage.
Prior exposure to regulatory compliance or export control is an advantage.
