You will report to our CFO and lead all legal aspects and a small and highly close, professional, and kind team of Legal Counsels.
You’ll impact our business growth and progress, both from the legal domain, and as part of Intango’s leadership team.
Your Impact and Mission
Own Intango’s Legal domain, provide business-oriented legal counselling and guidance on a range of operational, commercial, corporate, labor and compliance issues.
Guide and advise senior management in various legal matters and aspects.
Lead the legal team, grow it professionally, and set high standards, effective processes, and strong collaboration.
Lead the efforts to comply with various legal and business policies and regulations.
Collaborate closely and daily with the business units, Sales, Marketing, HR, R&D, and Finance; build strong relationships and communication, and effective workflows.
Support and oversee the company’s M&A endeavours.
Your Experience, Mindset and Skills
LLB degree from an accredited law school, and a license to practice law in Israel.
10 years of relevant experience in tech and/or international departments and companies. In-house experience from a small-medium company is a must.
Experience with leading and managing a legal team.
Professional maturity and strong leadership skills, ability to act as a significant business partner and trusted advisor for senior management.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, deep understanding of business’ needs and risk management.
Highly proactive with hands-on approach and solutions-oriented mindset, fast learner and independent.
Strong inter-personal skills, ability to work closely with multiple interfaces.
Excellent multi-tasking skills: ability to efficiently prioritize, manage and support multiple matters simultaneously for different stakeholders, and meet strict deadlines.
Native English speaker, or full professional work proficiency in English.

It can be a great plus if you have:

Experience in the Ad-Tech industry or environment.
Experience in the field of Privacy and Data Protection.
Experience and/or enthusiasm about incorporating AI tools into the department's day-to-day workflows.
