This is a hands-on position for a motivated and talented innovator. The Data Scientist designs and develops sophisticated machine-learning solutions and algorithms that provide insight from data.

What will your job look like?

• You will be a leader and source of knowledge/ subject matter experts in the Data Scientists group to design Generative AI/ML use cases and solutions.
• You will be building innovative AI/ML models and POCs with clients
• You will be integrating deeply with business leadership as a trusted and influential contributor to ensure maximum impact of Data Science / Generative AI /Machine Learning outputs
• You will be engaged with partners and clients to develop new business and future AI/ML Use case catalogs.
• You will support and showcase a long-term research agenda aimed at generating innovations to solve critical business needs and challenges
• You will be working closely with internal and external groups, understand the needs, and work with the team to identify the solution using AI/ML models and use cases, working with the Pre-sales/sale on prospecting opportunities and the overall pre-sale cycle.
• You will present results, including the preparation of patents and white papers and facilitating presentations during conferences.
• Collaborate with our customer's business and IT teams to implement business and IT requirements through new data strategies and designs across all data platforms (relational, dimensional, and NoSQL)
• You will hands-on working with the team and support them during the work life cycle, end-to-end flow from data research to creating the AI/ML Models and algorithms supporting the need to provide the best outcomes.
• This is a full-time position.

All you need is...

• BA or MA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, Ph.D. – advantage
• 5+ years’ experience in machine learning Or Generative AI.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with creating and deploying machine learning models in production environments, with a track record of successful implementation.
• Proficiency in Python including experience with Data Science frameworks such us: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch
• Demonstrated expertise in various facets of Generative AI and Large Language Models. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Models, fine tuning of LLM models, LLM quality evaluation, responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation and fairness
• Experience of Big data Systems and ETL processes
• Proficiency in SQL
• Talent in analytical storytelling with exceptional ability to convey complex analytical results to business stakeholders in relevant and accessible language.
• Customer-facing skills, representing the unit within the customer’s environment, Presenting solutions, drive discussions, and share feedback.
• Experience in leading Data Scientists /Analysts team – advantage
• Excellent Customer facing, communication and presentation skills in English
• Experience with Agile/iterative process in the context of research and analytics - – advantage
• Knowledge in Cloud ML – advantage
• Knowledge of telecommunications, BSS, billing, Telco, and of the subject area being investigated - advantage.
