Python Backend Team Leader

We’re looking for a *tech leader* to take *full ownership* of product development, drive *architectural decisions*, and mentor a *high-performing team*. If you’re passionate about *backend development, cloud technologies, and building scalable systems*, this is the role for you!

*Responsibilities:*

✅ Lead product development and make key architectural decisions
✅ Mentor team members and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality development
✅ Design and develop *RESTful APIs*
✅ Work with cloud platforms such as *AWS, GCP, and Azure*
✅ Manage and implement solutions for *complex business processes*

*Requirements:*

\* *7+ years* of experience in software development
\* *2+ years* of experience with *Python and backend technologies*
\* Expertise in *CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes*, and *relational & NoSQL databases*
\* Fluent in *English and Hebrew*
