About the Position

Primis is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist as maternity leave replacment for ~6 months, to join our HR Team.

This position would be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.

Responsibilities:

Have end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers at all levels to understand technical requirements
Screening resumes and performing in- person and phone interviews with candidates.
Sourcing via social media (LinkedIn , Facebook, job boards).
Being the focal point with recruitment companies.
Create exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process
Oversee employee life cycle, onboarding, welfare, and termination.

Requirements:

At leaset 2 years of experience in all recruitment aspects.
Expereince hiring for R&D positions- a must.
Relevant Bachelor's degree.
Expertise with modern recruitment tools and methodologies, including Linkedin sourcing and different AI tools.
Hands-on experience with managing full cycle recruiting processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
