Requirements:

Recent graduate in a relevant field or an early-career professional
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Comfortable working with data and multiple stakeholders
Organized, reliable, and able to follow through
Bring an open, proactive, and innovative approach, suggesting new ideas or improved
Systems orientation
Fluent English & strong Excel skills

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented, and fast‑learning individual who is eager to begin their career in project coordination and PMO within a global R&D environment.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants to gain hands‑on experience working with budgets, data, systems, and cross‑functional stakeholders while developing strong operational and analytical skills.

What you will do:

Provide PMO support through structured tracking and reporting of budgets, forecasts, and project execution in collaboration Business Operation manager and Project Managers.
Coordinate and update the monthly capacity report by projects and Global R&D sites
Collect data from managers and consolidate inputs
Review project P&Ls together with Project Managers
Prepare forecast reports as inputs for discussions with Finance and subsidiaries
Maintain and update project, budget, and capacity databases
Support budget build processes through data collection and consolidation
Use and learn AI-based tools to support analysis and reporting
