*The Mission*

Your objective is to remove friction. You will evaluate our existing workflows, detect bottlenecks, and construct automated fixes that permit our personnel to concentrate on high-level strategy while your bots manage the remaining tasks.

* *Workflow Engineering:* Designing and sustaining complex automations (utilizing platforms like Zapier, Make/Integromat, or bespoke scripts).
* *AI Integration:* Deploying LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and AI resources into our everyday operations to upgrade content, data evaluation, and customer interactions.
* *System Audits:* Perpetually searching for "waste" in our procedures and suggesting automated solutions.
* *Database Management:* Guaranteeing data moves fluidly and precisely between our CRM, project management software, and communication channels.
* *Troubleshooting:* Serving as the initial responder whenever an automation errors out or an API updates.
