Training Specialist

KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Global Learning & Training Specialist as part of our growing Learning team. We seek an innovative professional who can drive our global customer's training strategy while managing a diverse team across multiple locations. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Delivery, Support, and Customer Success.

Requirements:

Training and learning development experience
Excellent English
Technology Oriented
Flexibility in working hours (global role)
Strong innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
Creative approach and excellent presentation skills
Strong project management capabilities
Experience in developing and implementing e-learning solutions
Experience in organizing and leading customer events
Knowledge management background

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers
Implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
Manage end-user customer training programs
Drive internal knowledge management initiatives
Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies
Execute special projects as assigned by department management
Lead and organize customer events - both physical and virtual
Oversee external knowledge portal management
