Head of Product

Moonshot Marketing, a global leader in the ad-tech and comparison industry, is seeking an exceptional Product Leader to join our team.

As the Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company by leading our diverse product portfolio, which includes:

Consumer marketplaces
Data infrastructure and applications
Content Management System (CMS)

Requirements:

3+ years in leadership roles within product management at B2C or B2B companies.
Proven experience in leading and managing product teams and development processes.
Experience managing a portfolio of products and impacting business KPIs.
Skilled in team management, mentoring, and delivering results.
Strong quantitative skills with the ability to work with data scientists and engineers.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to create clarity and focus in complex situations.
Experience in building and leading Content Management System (CMS) products - big advantage

Responsibilities:

Report directly to the CEO.
Lead a team of 4 product managers and a product design team.
Own the entire product portfolio and its KPIs.
Define and manage the strategic roadmap, ensuring seamless execution.
Lead continuous A/B testing and user experience evolution.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with marketing, business. development, data, and R&D teams.
Advocate for our technology and products both internally and externally.
