Senior Game Artist

We are a new Casual Studio based in Tel Aviv, backed by a substantial investment.

We are a team of around 10 people , our founders have already built successful games that reached Millions of users.

About the Role:

We seek a hands-on, Visionary game artist with a good understanding of the casual mobile game market to help the team to deliver fun, innovative and entertaining games.

Role

• Lead the design and development of game assets, including characters, illustration, and user interface elements, with a focus on creating a memorable player experience.
• Use 2D and 3D techniques to elevate game visuals, making strategic decisions based on the game’s needs.
• Drive the enhancement of the game with striking visual effects (VFX) and fluid animations, setting high standards for visual quality.
• Coordinate closely with developers to integrate artistic elements in Unity, addressing technical challenges through innovative solutions.
• Actively participate in team discussions, offering feedback and ideas to help shape the direction of the games. 
• Work closely with management to achieve a cohesive and polished final product.

Requirements

• Experience: You have at least 5+ years of experience working as a Game Artist, with 2-3 years specifically within a LiveOps environment on mobile games. Your portfolio showcases a strong foundation in 2D art and a clear understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Unity and Spine. Any experience with 3D modeling with Blender (or equivalent 3D software) or animation knowledge  is a plus.
• Artistic Skills: You possess a versatile skill set as a game art generalist, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt your style to fit different games. You understand the importance of creating user-friendly interfaces that enhance gameplay.
• Problem-Solving: You approach challenges with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. You’re not afraid to experiment and iterate to find the best solutions.
