As part of your role, you will:
Build systems and practices enabling engineers to own quality without handoffs
Integrate quality excellence with customer awareness
Implement AI-powered testing tools that amplify engineering capability
Lead specialized Integration Testing for complex system validation
Establish data-driven quality metrics connecting practices to customer outcomes
Partner with R&D Directors to raise standards while eliminating coordination overhead
Drive quality culture transformation by enabling engineers to own quality end-to-end through AI-powered tools and production awareness
Connect quality practices with Production Intelligence Team rotations to foster customer-aware development
Deploy GenAI-powered testing capabilities to support scalable developer-owned quality

You should bring with you:
10+ years of experience leading QA teams and/or groups
5+ years of proven success leading quality transformation from traditional QA to developer-owned models
3+ years architecting complex end-to-end testing for multi-system environments
Deep expertise in production systems, including incident response and understanding customer impact
Experience with AI and automation in modern quality toolchains
Strong coaching ability to empower developers to own quality without dependency
Solid technical foundation in multidisciplinary systems including IoT, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines

Bonus points if you have:
Experience working in fast-paced, product-led SaaS environments
Hands-on involvement with developer enablement or DevEx initiatives
Familiarity with observability tools and practices as part of quality ownership
