FP&A Student Position

We are looking for a talented and motivated FP&A Student with one year remaining in their studies to join our team!

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis while collaborating with teams across the organization. Requirements:

B.A. in Economics / Business Administration / Finance or similar - graduate by October 2025 (please include a grade sheet with a GPA of 85+).
Highly Skilled with Excel (modeling, Pivot Tables, Vlookup, etc’) and Google sheets, Docs and Slides.
Understanding of and ability to read financial statements.
Can-do approach and aptitude in creative problem-solving.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

Collect, prepare, and analyze financial, performance, and efficiency data from across the company to create reports that provide data-driven answers to business strategy and dilemmas
Budget vs Actual variance analysis, and creating forecast
Assist in the monthly financial close and reporting process
Acquire a deep understanding of business operations and processes to optimize them
Provide quality results and insights within short timelines to support business needs.
Collaboration with all the departments across organization for understanding, monitoring, and meeting budget goals.
Analyze , track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support Board of Directors (BOD) presentations and reports.
