Product Designer Lead

KMS Lighthouse is seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to join and lead our expanding Israeli-based team. Our product team is at the heart of the company, and we are looking for a strategic design leader who can drive our design vision while mentoring a team of talented designers.

Requirements:

4+ years of product design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating both individual contributions and team-led projects
Proven experience leading design for complex enterprise systems
Track record of building and mentoring high-performing design teams
Experience in establishing design operations and scaling design practices
Strong understanding of design systems and their implementation
Excellence in user research, interaction design, and visual design
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive design decisions
Experience in agile environments and close collaboration with engineering teams
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, methodologies, and enterprise design patterns

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality design outputs
Drive the overall product design strategy and vision, aligning it with business objectives and user needs
Establish and scale design processes, systems, and frameworks across the organization
Collaborate with product management and engineering leadership to define product roadmap and innovation opportunities
Oversee the design team's execution from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Build and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across our enterprise platform
Facilitate design critiques and reviews to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement
Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization
