About the role:
We are looking for a Planner to manage and plan procurement and inventory, while meeting supply, budget, and timeline goals. This role is part of a key operations team.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan purchase orders based on operational needs and forecasts
Monitor the execution of planning schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed
Ensure inventory levels efficiently, balancing availability with the risk of excess
Work closely with various teams: Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality, and Global Customer Service
Ensure operational targets are met and help improve logistics processes
Ensure day-to-day activities with subcontractors – orders, timelines, quality requirements, and performance
Plan and build work schedules for in-house production and subcontractors according to needs and forecasts
Handle discrepancies, delays, and problem-solving on the go
Analysis and report on operational KPIs
Requirements:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field – a strong advantage.
Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability – must
Experience with Priority ERP system
proficient in English (spoken and written) – must
