Mission:

DoorLoop is hiring a user-focused Product Designer to deliver exceptional user experiences, collaborate cross-functionally to design impactful solutions, and leverage user feedback to inform product improvements. In this role, you will create intuitive and visually compelling designs, conduct user research and usability testing, and work closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Strong interpersonal skills, able to informally lead and drive discovery and execution with cross-functional teams in Israel and the US.
A self-starter with a need to take action. You have the ability to manage complex projects with limited resources and competing priorities.
Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and takes full ownership of projects.
Coachable and trainable, open to learning and listening from your peers and those around you.
Willing to adapt and learn as the company grows and the technology changes.

Requirements:

3 - 5 years of relevant product design experience.
Experience in conducting extensive product research based on support tickets, data, competitor analysis, and more.
You are able to take charge of functional design and create wireframes, from rough sketches to rich animated prototypes with pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios.
You have the ability and drive to conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios and deliver all to development to create product flows.
