What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled UX Team Lead to guide our talented team of UX experts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging products. As the UX Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience of MDClone’s platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the overall UX strategy.

Your everyday challenges would look like this:

Lead and inspire a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
Provide mentoring and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally
Define and implement the UX strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals
Oversee multiple UX projects and priorities in parallel in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Continuously assess and improve design processes and methodologies within the UX team and across interfaces with other departments
Work closely and collaborate with product managers, R&D engineers, QA engineers, customer success champions, and more - located locally and abroad
Hands-on translation of business and product concepts to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design specifications
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to make design decisions
Present design solutions and articulate design rationale to stakeholders and executives

Position requirements:

5+ years of experience in UX and UI design - a must
2+ years in a UX/UI managerial role - a must
Experience in UX & UI design of technological products (not Website/marketing/ad design) and data visualization - a must. Be able to present a portfolio demonstrating such an experience
Experience working adjacently to the medical field, data manipulation, or statistical research - an advantage
Relevant education in design, HFE, HCI, etc.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Proficiency in UX design tools such as Axure, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Experienced in conducting user research and usability testing
Creativity, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - in English and Hebrew
