About The Role:

As a Sales Operation at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the sales & field sales operation process.

This position is a field position that requires daily travels.

Responsibilities:

Achieving monthly sales targets - maximizing potential with existing customers.

Making calls to coordinate meetings

Face to Face Interaction with customers

Full responsibility for creating new customers

Multitask between different communication channels

Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps

Improve customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagement

Requirements:

Experience in making sales calls & meetings

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese & English – Mandatory.

Driver’s license - a must.

Availability to work during weekend (working days are Tuesday – Saturday).

Excellent communication between customer & department

Proficient in all MS Office products

Experience in the Payments and Banking industry - Advantage

Ability to work independently and under pressure
