A leading digital marketing company in Tel Aviv is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) • Provide leadership and direction to department heads to ensure alignment with overall company objectives. • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, both domestically and internationally, and develop strategies to capitalize on them. • Lead the execution of strategic processes across all departments, ensuring seamless implementation and adherence to established standards. • Provide guidance and support to department heads and their teams, facilitating successful execution and troubleshooting any challenges that arise. • Monitor progress and performance indicators, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes and achieve desired results. • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and foster a culture of operational excellence. • Supervise departmental leaders and their teams, providing direction, support, and resources to drive performance and productivity. • Implement effective communication channels and reporting mechanisms to promote transparency and accountability throughout the organization. Strong background in the digital or tech industry • Chief Information Officer, Industrial & Management Engineer /Data Analyst. • 4+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in the service industry
