Head of People (web3)

We're on the lookout for an ambitious Head of HR to join a fast-growing company pushing the boundaries in the Web3 space. If you're passionate about recruiting top talent and shaping a dynamic, values-driven work environment, this could be your next big challenge!

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent, focusing on engineers and other technical roles.
Create a structured, transparent interview process aligned with the company's values, while minimizing bias.
Implement tools to streamline hiring and make data-driven improvements.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from first contact to offer.
Develop competitive offer packages that align with the company's growth stage and ambition.
Over time, build and manage a high-performing recruiting team.

What You'll Need:

5+ years of recruiting experience in highly technical companies, ideally in startup environments.
Strong ability to identify top engineering talent.
Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail.
Superb organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Team player with the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

Hands-on experience in DeFi or the broader blockchain space.
Familiarity with the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
