Marketing Webinar Lead

As a Webinar Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the success of our webinar programs. Your primary focus will be on creating educational, product thought leadership webinars that interest our audience and align with our business objectives.

**This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.

You will need to do:

Plan and manage all aspects of webinars, including scheduling, invitations, registration, logistics, and post-webinar follow-up.
Develop and manage webinar content per Mend.io products and business strategy.
Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, marketing, sales, and technical teams, to develop webinar content that aligns with our messaging and brand voice.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote webinars through email marketing, social media, and other channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
Manage and analyze webinar data, including attendance, engagement, and lead generation, to measure the success of webinars and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and presenters to facilitate successful webinars.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English.
5+ years of professional hands-on experience in marketing in a B2B tech company
Strong program management skills and experience: Lead end-to-end program management, from planning – execution to delivery - ensuring timely and successful execution.
Experience in content creation and product marketing. preferably in a related industry.
A proven track record of delivering measurable results through the implementation of successful marketing programs.
Experience working with Marketo \ Hubspot, and Salesforce - an advantage
Understanding the audience of developers and security leaders - an advantage

** In this position, you'll work in a hybrid model: three days remotely from home and two days at the office.
