Product Line Manager – Laser Power Meters

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As Product Line Manager of Ophir Laser Power Meters at Ophir Optronics - an MKS brand, you will partner with sales, customers, R&D, engineering, and operations to ensure the profitability and growth of the Laser Power Meters product line. In this role, you will report to the Director of product marketing.

You Will Make an Impact By:

Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
Lead product life cycle and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Produce and review marketing materials and product requirements documents and specs (MRD, PRD).
Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
Partner with Marcom for brand recognition and product promotion
Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision.
Support sales organization, R&D, Engineering, and operations.
Travel Requirements: Up to 4 times per year.

Skills You Bring:

BSc in electronics engineering or BA in physics, or a related field with hands on experience.
Proven experience 3+ years as a Product Line Manager.
Experience in product lifecycle management.
Firm background in a manufacturing company
Organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication.
Problem-solving attitude.
Independent.
Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to give presentations.

Preferred Skills:

MBA – advantage
Background in electronics, mechanics, and software synergies is highly preferred.
